The purpose of the Hunterdon Mohawks Lacrosse Program is to introduce, promote, develop, and instruct boys and girls in the game of lacrosse, so that they develop a life-long love for this sport. We will teach girls and boys how to work hard, get better.

We are the JGLA member feeder club for the North Hunterdon High School Lions

We are proud of our Mohawks alumni that have gone on to play Lacrosse on most area high school teams including North Hunterdon, Hunterdon Central, Voorhees, Delaware Valley, and a number of area private schools.

Local Practices -  Home Field – Bundt Park, just off Route 31 in Clinton Township.

Competitive Area Teams – Phillipsburg, Tewksbury, Del Val, Flemington, Hillsborough, Warren Hills, Long Valley, Branchburg, Readington and more.

2-3 Regional Tournament Opportunities each season (Del Val, Hopewell, Long Valley, Mount Olive)

The Mohawks is a 25 year-old recreation Lacrosse program with a focus on Introducing to the sport of Lacrosse to new players, Skill Training based on player level, Goalie Training (club owned protective equipment available for goalies), good sportsmanship, and team building.  We have established relationships with area travel clubs and many players will also play on other advanced teams and Middle School teams throughout the year.

Welcoming atmosphere for new players & families.

Expected Programs for 2019/2020 Season

We had such a good response to our extended season programs last year, we are going to continue to build on what we learned.

Summer 2019 skill building.  Currently we are targetting having two sessions per month on either a Friday evening or a Saturday mornings.  Designed for our newer player we will work to build skills for those in attendance.  This is the perfect time to bring a friend who may be interested in giving Lacrosse a try to let them start learning how to play before the 2020 season begins.

The Following are optional and not part of the regular season memberships.

Optional 7v7 2019 Fall League (open to 6-7-8th graders)
